Creating Your Account

Your password is your responsibility. If someone gets into your account because you left your phone unattended at the gym or shared your password with a friend, that’s not our fault. Keep it secure. If you think someone’s accessing your account without permission, tell us immediately.
You’re Responsible for Your Health
This is the serious one. FitPlayZone is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Our workouts are designed by people who know fitness, but we’re not doctors. We’re not your personal trainer standing next to you correcting your form in real time.
Before you start any new fitness program—especially if you have existing health conditions, injuries, or you’re taking medications—talk to your doctor. Seriously. We mean that.
If you get injured doing one of our workouts, that’s not automatically our fault. We provide clear instructions and modifications. If you ignore safety warnings or do exercises incorrectly, that’s a choice you made. Take responsibility for your body.
We’re here to guide you, not to be liable for every possible thing that could go wrong.
What You Can and Can’t Do
You can use FitPlayZone for personal fitness. You can’t use it to build your own competing fitness app. You can’t steal our workout descriptions and sell them elsewhere. You can’t hack our systems or try to break our security.
Don’t upload illegal content, hate speech, or anything that harasses other people. Don’t spam the community forums. Don’t pretend to be FitPlayZone staff. Don’t use bots or automated tools to scrape our content.
Basically: don’t be a jerk. Don’t break the law. Don’t try to rip us off.
If you do any of this, we’ll remove your account and you’ll lose access to everything. No refunds.
Our Workout Content and Your Rights
Everything on FitPlayZone—the workout videos, descriptions, routines, coaching tips—is ours. You can use it for your personal fitness journey. You can’t copy it, sell it, or claim you created it.
When you upload a workout review or post in our community, you’re giving us permission to use that. We might feature your review on our site or in marketing. If you don’t want that, don’t post it publicly.
We Can Change This Stuff
We might update these terms. If we make major changes, we’ll notify you. If you keep using FitPlayZone after we update these terms, you’re accepting the new terms.
If something changes that you really don’t like, you have 30 days to cancel your membership without penalty.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
Don’t upload pornography, illegal content, or anything that violates someone’s privacy. Don’t harass other members. Don’t discriminate based on race, religion, gender, or any protected characteristic.
Violate this, and you’re out.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, email us. We’ll try to work it out like adults.
If we can’t resolve it, disputes are handled under the laws of Pakistan. You agree to resolve issues through negotiation before going to court.

All FitPlayZone content is protected by copyright. Our logo, our workout designs, our app interface—all ours. You can’t use our branding without permission.
Changes to Service
We might update our app, remove features, or even discontinue services. We’ll give you notice when possible. If we discontinue something major, we’ll refund unused portions of your membership.
